MedNet America | Process
Our services start by listening first.
Only by listening and hearing what our clients need and want can we strive to meet and exceed their expectations. With absolute understanding, we then apply our professional and ethical eyes to guide them to make the right decisions for their practice. Finally, with a genuine desire to seek and offer optimal solutions, we go the extra mile to deliver consistent results for our clients. Consequently, it is not unusual that many customers want to recognize our processing office team by such things as buying lunch for the team.
From the start, MedNet has aimed to create high-tech, highly interactive solutions for anesthesia billing. With the help of a brilliant team of managers, many of whom have been with the company since 2000 or before, that dream is realized today and we expect it to continue in the future.
Our Process At the same time, we adhere to strict standards and comprehensive procedures in running our operations. Therefore, despite a constantly fluctuating industry, we continue to manage our work accurately and efficiently. And as new technologies arrive, we explore and embrace them in light of their capacity to get the job done right.
In effect, our precision ensures that each client, no matter how unique, benefits from our process.
Team Assignments
MedNet uses a tried and true team approach when assigning employees and managers to each client. Each of our practices is assigned a practice manager, a supervisor, and a team of dedicated staff members. Our teams not only take pride in working for their clients, but our clients enjoy the advantage of knowing the people who support them.
Our team structure further provides accountability and fosters pride in our standards of excellence.
As a result, our teams earn high marks in independent surveys of employee satisfaction. Our employees love what they do, and their level of commitment to our clients' success reflects that.
"MedNet has treated our small practice in South Carolina like we are their largest customer." - J. Brannon, MD
