What does MedNet America charge?
Typically, MedNet America charges a fee based upon a percentage of successful net collections. We evaluate our fee using a combination of volume, quality of pay mix, level of services and client involvement. Fees typically range between 5% and 8%.

How long has MedNet America been in business?
Founded in 1997, our corporate management have over 120 years of combined experience in anesthesia and pain management billing and cash management.

Can I access my data online?
Yes. We use powerful Microsoft technology to allow for real-time access to patient account information and reporting. This tool is available through our Client Access Program. To see an online demonstration, please call our office at 877.260.3427 for access information.

What services does MedNet America offer?
Our basic billing package includes the following ancillary services:
    • Transition and Start up Services
    • Provider enrollment
    • Claim processing, coding, follow up and payment posting
    • Reporting and monthly auditing of financial success.
 
We also provide practice managers for assistance with contract negotiation, compliance and proper coding techniques. CPA and legal services are also available.

Can I be assured MedNet America is billing properly and compliant?
MedNet America uses a HIPAA compliant and trusted standard for billing. We track your account using protocols that accounts for every single charge, a low-payment detection program, a timely filing assurance program, a personalized appeal letter program and other unique tracking/follow-up devices. In addition, our compliance officer heads a team that conducts multiple intensive compliance audits.
