In 1997, after many frustrating years of working for other companies, Scott Snead
founded MedNet Physician Resources. By the year 2000, the company had grown
exponentially and required strong leadership to facilitate its continued progress.
Consequently, Steve Wright, who had spent many years working for larger national
billing companies, joined the company. The resulting partnership has taken MedNet
from a small local venture to a formidable regional leader.
After moving from a Sub Chapter S corporation to a C corporation, the owners selected a different name to reflect the new company's vision. With anesthesia clients from all 50 states as potential partners, MedNet America was launched and set about its mission to deliver premium services to each client.
